Duties and Responsibilities:

As a threat intelligence analyst, you will be responsible for working closely with the product team researching emerging threats and supporting product development
Assist in development of roadmap for future product release
Work closely with end user on product support and feedback as required
Support development of REST API for internal and partners
Work closely with product and sales teams in getting feedback from clients
Be part of third level support team for escalation of support issues

Technical Skills:

3+ years’ experience working in a SOC as a threat intelligence support specialist or researcher
Extensive experience in open-source threat intelligence
Experienced in providing Incident response support
Experience in Python web framework
Extensive experience in open-source threat intelligence
Foundational database knowledge in MySQL, Elastic
Background in developing REST API would be an asset
Amazon Web Services (AWS) infrastructure knowledge would be an asset
