Job summary

Duties and Responsibilities:

Lead development of the product
Support and manage the development team
Provide technical leadership and mentorship for the team
Work closely with solution architect and product managers on the product lifecycle and roadmap
Develop and assist with project management and implementing an agile development model
Assist in the creation of documentation and manuals
Design, develop, and participate in QA and testing
Participate in peer-reviews of solution designs and related code

Experience:

Experience in Python, React and database technologies including SQL, Elastic and Graph databases
5-7 years’ experience as a Software Developer
Prior experience in a similar role would be preferred
Familiar with Cyber and Network Security would be an asset
Prior knowledge of AWS or Azure development platform would be preferred
Extensive experience designing and developing enterprise grade software
Experience with source control management would be an asset
