Sales Development Representative (Remote, US)

Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in the US (remote) to drive and qualify new business prospects through outbound sales channels, helping Styx achieve its revenue goals. In this role, you’ll identify and engage new leads, build a robust sales pipeline, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to refine customer outreach strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Drive revenue growth by building and maintaining a high-quality sales pipeline.
  • Use outbound sales channels (calls, emails, social media) to exceed activity KPIs on a daily, weekly, quarterly, and annual basis.
  • Partner closely with Sales and Product teams to provide valuable customer feedback and insights.
  • Leverage your knowledge in digital risk protection and threat intelligence to effectively communicate Styx’s value proposition to senior decision-makers (e.g., Director of Cyber, CISO, Director of Risk/Compliance).
  • Help secure new business and contribute to winning net new logos.

 

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a Sales Development or similar capacity.
  • Expertise in cybersecurity, particularly in digital risk protection and threat intelligence platforms.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly motivated, self-starter with excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment with a passion for driving results.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools for tracking and managing leads.
