We’re growing quickly and looking for a strategic and technically-savvy Customer Success Manager (CSM) based in Canada to help our clients and partners unlock the full value of Styx. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of midmarket and enterprise clients as well as Managed Security Service Partners (MSSP) post-sale, to drive adoption, retention, and satisfaction.
