Senior Account Manager (Remote, US)

Job summary

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Account Manager to join our expanding US team (remote). In this role, you will be responsible for driving new business opportunities and managing existing customer relationships to meet and exceed sales targets, playing a key role in achieving our revenue goals.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute growth strategies across new business in the US
  • Achieve and surpass revenue and renewal quotas
  • Deliver accurate revenue forecasts and identify expansion opportunities
  • Build and nurture relationships with direct accounts and channel partners, including System Integrators, MSSPs, and Channel Partners
  • Collaborate with Styx Customer Success team to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
  • Educate prospects and partners on the Styx platform, positioning it as a solution to address their cybersecurity needs
  • Present and articulate the value of Styx’s digital risk protection and threat intelligence solutions to diverse stakeholders (e.g., Directors of Cybersecurity, CISOs, Risk and Compliance Leaders)

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets in account management or revenue expansion roles
  • Experience in cybersecurity, particularly in digital risk protection and threat intelligence
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to engage with various customer personas
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with initiative and a proactive problem-solving mindset
  • Experience using CRM tools
  • Fluency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to travel up to 25%
  • Thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment
